Day Visitors and Guests

MUST register at the office.
Day guests MUST depart by 10:00 p.m.
This fee applies to transient's guests and

Holiday Weekends

Two night minimum, must be paid in full
in advance with reservation.
Per day add additional ..............$2.00

If over 3 weeks to reservation date....
50% deposit due with reservation.
FULL amount due 3 weeks prior to reservation date.
Full refund given up to 2 weeks prior to reservation date.
Full credit given up to 1 week prior to reservation date.
NO refund/credit given within 7 days of reservation date.
unless I can rent the spot out.

Weekly Rate

Pay for six nights, get the seventh night free!
Applies to RV sites and Tent sites only

Monthly Rate (RV sites)

4 weeks, $425 plus metered electric. Price quoted is
for a Electric, Water, Sewage RV site.  Please call for details.

This Overlook Cabin sits on a large lot nestled against the woodline. There is plenty of room to put up a couple tents for larger families or to let the kids sleep outside. (note, that over 6 people will result in additional charges). $50 cleaning damages deposit on credit card required for all rentals. We do not accept checks for cabin rentals. 3 Week Notice Refund Policy ($10 fee). No refund within 3 weeks unless cabin is able to be rented out.
